- Press the button(power) to suspend the operation of washer and then examine the following items.
- Press the button(power) again to resume operation.
Checkpoints and Solutions
Problem/Display
- Is the power cord correctly connected to an electric outlet?
- Is the power supply on?
- Did you press the Start/Pause button?
- Is there a power failure?
- Did the circuit breaker cut the power supply?
Washer is not
operating.
No display
- If LE error is displayed on the LED panel, please open and close the door.
- If LE error continues to take place, please turn off and restart the washer.
Note
- Is the tap turned on?
- Is the drainage hose filter clogged with dirt?
- Is inlet hose frozen?
- Is the water supply cut off?
Water supply
is unavailable.
- Did you put down the drain hose properly?
- Is the outlet of drain hose closed as it is inserted deep into the drain?
- Is the drain hose bent?
- Is the drain hose placed too high?
- Is the drain clogged with dirt and threads?
- Is there excessive dirt inside the drain filter?
Water drainage
is unavailable.
- Is the door open?
- Is the door end closed tightly?
Washer is not
operating.
- Contact your local service center.
Drum is not
spinning.
- Contact your local service center.
Water is not
adjustable.
- Do not touch or disassemble the inner parts when you have not identified any problems
with the checkpoints above. Contact your local service center after unplugging the washer
and turning off the faucet.
