CLUTCH/GEARSHIFT

RH. CRANKCASE COVER 

REMOVAL

Drain the engine oil and coolant.
Remove the clutch adjustor locknut and the
adjusting nut, then disconnect the clutch cable end
from the clutch lever.
Remove the right crankcase cover bolts and
remove the right crankcase cover.

Remove the two dowel pins and gasket.

CLUTCH LEVER/LIFTER ROD REMOVAL

Remove the clutch lifter rod.
Remove the clutch lever and spring from the RH.
crankcase cover simultaneously.
