Maintenance

Fuel Line 

Check the fuel lines for deterioration, damage,
or leakage.  Replace the fuel lines.

Throttle Grip Operation

Check the throttle grip for smooth operation.
Complete opening and automatic closing in
all steering positions.
Lubricate the throttle cables if throttle
operation is not smooth (

Make sure if there is no deterioration,
damage, or kinking in the throttle cables.
Measure the throttle grip free play at the
throttle grip flange.

Free Play : 2~6mm(0.078~0.236in)

Adjust the free play by loosening the lock nut
and turning the adjuster.  Tighten the lock nut.
Recheck the throttle free play.
