L2 Features > VLAN > Port-Based VLAN
Port-Based VLANs are the simplest and most common form of VLAN. It assigns physical LAN ports to
VLANs, effectively broadening their application. You can assign multiple ports to the same VLAN, or each
port to a separate VLAN.

The fields that can be configured are described below:

Select to enable or disable the Port-Based VLAN function. The

to rename the VLAN group.

to remove the VLAN group.
NOTE:
When Port-Based VLAN is enabled, the
802.1Q VLAN and the Traffic Segmentation will
be disabled and their settings will be reset to
default. The Surveillance VLAN, Voice VLAN
and Management VLAN will be disabled. The
settings of IGMP Snooping and MAC Address
Table will be reset to default.
