Once again when changes are made, click the
Apply
button to refresh
all the new details you have set and click
OK
to return to the PC-CAM
Capture Screen.
Now you are ready to have fun with the new DSB-C300 and with the
bundled software you will be able to use the various video editing
applications permitting you image manipulation, editing, photo album,
video mail, and video conferencing capabilities.
Taking a Snapshot
The snapshot button on DSB-C300 is used to capture a still picture,
this function must be supported by TWAIN driver. The TWAIN driver
can be activated by the image editing software, like Windows Imaging,
MGI PhotoSuite, etc.
In this case, the snapshot button will be enabled only when the image
editing software is activated.
After running Windows Imaging, (click on Start > Menu > Program >
Accessory > Imaging). From the
File
menu button, choose
Select
Scanner
to select the desired device for capturing images. After
selecting the DSB-C300, from the
File
menu bar choose
Scan New
and the user can capture still pictures by pressing the
Snapshot
button or click the
Capture
button on the screen.
