How to Safely Disconnect a USB Storage Device

From Each Windows Computer:

When you wish to disconnect your USB drive from your D-Link SharePort Plus enabled DIR-895L and ensure that no data is lost or corrupted, right

click on the USB device in the SharePort Plus application and select

Safely remove

. You may then physically disconnect your USB storage device

from your D-Link SharePort Plus device’s USB port.
