Note:  In  most  cases,  you  only  need  to  change  the  channel  on  the  router.  Most  wireless  
adapters  will  automaRcally  detect  the  channel  used  by  your  wireless  network.

8. How do I change the SSID/network name of my router?

Step  1:  Open  your  web  browser  and  enter  hTp://dlinkrouter  or  hTp://dlinkrouter.local  into  
the  address  bar.

Step  2:  At  the  login  page,  enter  the  Admin  Password.  If  you  have  not  changed  the  
administrator  password,  leave  the  field  blank.  Click
