Installation

Fast Ethernet Switch and any device that supports full-duplex
operation.

Set the duplex mode through the duplex mode switch at the rear
of the device. To set a port to full-duplex operation, slide the
corresponding duplex switch

up

. To set for half-duplex, set the

duplex switch

down

. To set port 1, port 2, or the MII connector to

auto duplex mode detect, set the corresponding switch

down

.
