Note: Aeer a factory reset you will need to re-‐register the camera with mydlink. Do not

unplug the camera from the power during this procedure.

Step 1: Remove the protecTve cover from the rear of the unit.

Step 2: With the unit on, use a paperclip to press the bu9on located inside the small hole on

the underside of the cavity exposed by removing the protecTve cover.

Step 3: Press and hold the bu9on inside the hole for 10 seconds and release.

 

Step 4: The unit will then reboot. Once the LED light on the front of the unit turns green, the

unit has been reset and all seWngs have been restored to their defaults.

5. How do I change the LAN IP address of my camera?

Step 1: Open a web browser and enter the IP address of your camera in the address bar

(default is 192.168.0.20). If you do not know the IP address of your camera, please refer to

the secTon enTtled “How do I ﬁnd the IP address of my DCS-‐2330L and access the web-‐

based user interface?” in this FAQ. Press Enter.

Step 2: The User Name for the administrator account is

admin

. Enter your administrator

password in the Password ﬁeld. If you have not changed this from the default, leave this ﬁeld

blank. Click

OK
