The PSoC device distinctions that apply to the digital clocks
are listed as follows.

In PSoC devices with a part number of CY8C24x23 or
CY8C22x13, bit 7 of the OSC_GO_EN register is
reserved. However, in PSoC devices with a part number
of CY8C24533, CY8C23533, CY8C23433CY8C24633
or CY8C24x23A, bit 7 is not reserved.
