washed with a stream of water, and then left in a dry and ventilated area.
Stains/discolorations in various shades of gray present on the zinc
coating do not constitute grounds for claims, as long as the zinc coating still
has the required minimum thickness (PN-EN ISO 1461: 2000)
– in the case of
proper machine maintenance, such stains are a natural process that do not
affect the coating's properties.
In the case of damage of the external paint coating, the damaged
areas must be cleaned of rust and dust, degreased, and painted retaining
the same color and uniform thickness of the protective coating. Until
painting, the damaged areas should be covered with a thin layer of grease
or anticorrosion preparation.
During a long break in the use of the spreader, it is recommended to
place it indoors in a closed room or in a roofed and ventilated place.
6.12 Adjustment of conveyor drive and adapter drive chain tension.
The tensioner (item 1, fig. 18 and fig. 19) serves to adjust the tension of
the floor conveyor’s and adapter’s drive chain. The play on the working part
of the chain at half of its length should be 5-15mm, and 5-20mm near the
adapter's drive.
In the case of detecting greater play than mentioned above:

Loosen fixing screws. (item 2, fig. 17 and fig. 18)
•
Slide the tensioners (item 1, fig. 17 and fig. 18) in the direction of the
chain (item 3, fig. 17 and fig. 18) until the proper play is achieved and
then fasten screws once again (item 2, fig. 17 and fig. 18).
If elimination of play by means of tensioners proves to be impossible,
shorten the chain by one or more links.
