Commissioning
8.1
Check before commissioning
Confirm the inverter is firmly installed again.
Install location is suitable for operation and maintenance.
Good air flow condition.
The inverter is connected properly with its accessories.
Cables are well protected from mechanical damage.
Suitable sizing of AC circuit breaker.
8.2
Commission the Inverter.
Remove all covers from the PV array.
Check the PV and AC voltage.
Turn the DC Disconnect to position "ON".
If the inverter connected with PV arrays the input voltage is higher than 200Vdc without
utility, LCD will display messages in order as below:
Fig 8.1
Turn on the AC breaker between inverter and grid, the system will operate automatically.
Under normal operating conditions, the LED turns green.
Check time and date of inverter correct or not.
Single knock to light the backlight Inverter info (single knock) System Time, if
they are not correct, please set them(Refer to Section 9.4 about setting time and date)
Finish commissioning.

Operation Modes
Normal Mode
In this mode, the inverter works normally and LED turns green.
•
Whenever the DC voltage is higher than 200Vdc also the PV array supply enough
power, the inverter converts power to grid as generated by the PV panels.
•
When inverter is in its first startup also the DC voltage is higher than 160Vdc and
lower than 200Vdc, the inverter will work in standby mode and attempt to connect
the grid until the DC voltage is higher than 200V again. In standby mode the
inverter consumes power from PV panel to monitor the internal system.
