3.15 JOYSTICK STATIONARY TIME EXCEEDED
This occurs when the Joystick-Type SID is deemed to have been held stationary for an excessive period of time. The controller
will stop drive to prevent possible damage to the powerchair’s motors.
Turning the control system Off and On again will clear this error message.
If the trip is still present after the power has been cycled, then the Curtiss-Wright control system may be defective. Refer to
Section 5.
3.16 USER SWITCH 1 OPEN CIRCUIT
This occurs when the Omni2 has detected that User Switch 1 has become open-circuit.

Check the operation of the switch and all cables and connectors between the Omni2 and the identified switch.
If the trip is still present after the above checks have been made, then the switch or the Omni2 may be defective. Refer to
Section 5.
3.17 USER SWITCH 1 SHORT CIRCUIT
This occurs when the Omni2 has detected that User Switch 1 has become short-circuit.

Check the operation of the switch and all cables and connectors between the Omni2 and the identified switch.
If the trip is still present after the above checks have been made, then the switch or the Omni2 may be defective. Refer to
Section 5.
3.18 USER SWITCH 2 OPEN CIRCUIT
This occurs when the Omni2 has detected that User Switch 1 has become open-circuit.

Check the operation of the switch and all cables and connectors between the Omni2 and the identified switch.
If the trip is still present after the above checks have been made, then the switch or the Omni2 may be defective. Refer to
Section 5.
3.19 USER SWITCH 2 SHORT CIRCUIT
This occurs when the Omni2 has detected that User Switch 1 has become short-circuit.

Check the operation of the switch and all cables and connectors between the Omni2 and the identified switch.
If the trip is still present after the above checks have been made, then the switch or the Omni2 may be defective. Refer to
Section 5.
