Chapter 8: Equipment configuration
Configuring a time clock
1. Press on Time clock in the list of equipment on the left hand side of the screen and then press on
the icon.
2. Enter the name of your choice or leave the default name.
NOTE: If the name is too long, it is truncated on the tile.
3. Select the supply voltage from the drop down list.
4. Select the enclosure, slot (or module) and output where the time clock is connected from the drop
down lists.
5. Enter the number of loads.
6. Enter the minimum and maximum amperes.
The tile turns green and the amperage reading is displayed on the tile.
Configuring variable and on/off lights (poultry only)
1. Press on Lights in the list of equipment on the left hand side of the screen and then press on the
icon.
2. Enter the name of your choice or leave the default name.
NOTE: If the name chosen is too long, it is truncated on the tile.
3. Select the light model from the drop down list.
4. Select the supply from the drop down list
5. Select the enclosure, slot and output where the soaker is connected from the drop down lists.
6. When configuring a variable light, select the light curve to use with the light.
7. Enter the number of loads.
8. When configuring a variable light, enter the minimum intensity percentage for the light output.
Configuring a soaker (swine only)
1. Press on Soakers in the list of equipment on the left hand side of the screen and then press on the
icon.
2. Enter the name of your choice or leave the default name.
NOTE: If the name chosen is too long, it is truncated on the tile.
3. Select the supply from the drop down list.
4. Select the enclosure, slot and input where the soaker is connected from the drop down lists.
5. Select the output, and then enter the number of loads.
