Safety
The burner is designed to be installed on
a generator connected to exhaust pipes
used for combustion products in working
conditions.
It should be used in an area where there
is an adequate supply of combustion air
and where polluted products can be
properly evacuated.
Flue size and design must be
appropriate to the fuel, in accordance
with current regulations and standards.
The safety unit and cut-off devices used
require a 230VAC - 50Hz power supply.
In addition,
the neutral conductor
must have the same electrical
potential as the earth conductor
.
Otherwise, power supply to the burner
must include an isolating transformer
and appropriate protection (30 mA
circuit breaker and fuse).
This burner contains electronic
components, it is recommended
that a 'type A' differential circuit
breaker is used upstream of the
installation in order to detect
continuous leakage currents.
To ensure that the burner operates
correctly, please respect the
polarity of the conductors when
connecting the 7P connector.
It must be possible to isolate the burner
from the network by means of an all pole
switch, complying with the standards in
force.
Operating staff should always act with
extreme caution and especially avoid
direct contact with areas that are not
heat-insulated and electrical circuits.
Do not splash water on the burner’s
electrical components.
In the event of flooding, fire, fuel leakage
or any other dangerous situation (smell,
suspicious sounds, etc.), stop burner,
cut main power supply and fuel supply
and call a recognised specialist.
Chlorinated solvents must not be used
for cleaning the burner.
It is essential that all furnaces and
accessories, waste gas ducts and
connection pipes are serviced, cleaned
and swept once a year and before
burner start-up. Refer to local
regulations.
Guarantee
Installation and start-up must be
performed by a qualified technician in
accordance with current accepted
practices. All applicable regulations and
the instructions that follow must be
complied with. The manufacturer
declines all responsibility in the event of
failure to comply fully and in every
respect with any of the relevant
requirements.
