Haven’t you select 2°C ~ 4°C for heating
temperature with fine-tuning rice flavor? Select -2 °C or 0 °C of heating temperature
in fine-tuning rice flavor (Refer to Page 17)

cooking■or■keeping■
warm.■
Isn’t there sound of buzz during cooking? This sound is generated by fan to cool
heats in internal parts. It’s normal.
Is there sound “Zzi” during cooking or
keeping warm? Sound “ZZi” is generated by operation of
IH pressure cooker. It’s normal.

rice■is■changed■during■
keeping■warm.■
Didn’t you keep warm for more than 12
hours? Do not keep rice warm for more than 12
hours.
Didn’t you keep rice warm for long time
preset cooking? If possible, do not keep rice warm for long
time preset cooked rice.
Didn’t you use cooking function?
Did you frequently wash pressure
packing? (Refer to Page 10~12)
Make sure that the clean cover is securely
engaged.

Is internal container mounted in cooker? Without internal container set in cooker, it’s
impossible to cook rice, preset cook and
keep rice warm. Mount internal container
with cooker.
Didn’t you use 220V of power source? This product is only available for 120 V.
Use correct voltage.
13.■When■rice■gets■scorched■
with■yellow■color.■
Did you wash rice enough?
Isn’t there any foreign substance on
surface of automatic temperature sensor? Make sure to wash rice cleanly.
Remove foreign substance from surface of
automatic temperature sensor.
14.■When■bean■(mixed■grain)■
is■not■properly■cooked.
Isn’t bean (mixed grain) too dried? Cook bean (mixed grain) after it is soaked
or boiled.
15.■When■button■is■not■
working
Isn’t button working? Correctly contact center of button.
Do not contact button with wood or plastic
objects. In this case, button doesn’t work.
