10. Use a pair of needle nose pliers to squeeze the fasteners that hold the
protective cover to the CPU Board. See the illustration below.
11. Remove the protective cover, carefully sliding it from beneath the
remaining ribbon cables.
You are now ready to remove the DRAM module. Continue with
