CLI CONFIGURATION

Example:

Set the spanning tree recovery interval to 50.

Negation:

(config)# no spanning-tree recovery interval

Show:

# show spanning-tree

3.9.44.21 (config)# spanning-tree transmit hold-count

Syntax:

(config)# spanning-tree transmit hold-count <holdcount>

Parameters:

<holdcount:1-10>: Specify the transmit hold-count. The allowed transmit hold count is 1 to 10.

Explanation:

The number of BPDU sent by a bridge port per second. When exceeded, transmission of the next BPDU

will be delayed. By default, it is set to 6. The allowed transmit hold count is 1 to 10. Please note that increasing this
value might have a significant impact on CPU utilization and decreasing this value might slow down convergence. It is
recommended to remain Transmit Hold Count to the default setting.

Example:

Set the spanning tree transmit hold-count to 6.

Negation:

(config)# no spanning-tree transmit hold-count

Show:
