All parts replaced under the terms of the warranty remain the property of the Cruise
Craft.
Should we elect to replace any part, whatever is replaced shall be subject to the
remaining duration and conditions of this warranty and not subject to an extended or new
warranty.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer
Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for
any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods
repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not
amount to a major failure.
Goods presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type
rather than being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair the components.

TRANSFERABLE WARRANTY
You can transfer the original owner’s structural hull warranty into your name but the Cruise
Craft factory MUST BE notified within 30 days from your date of purchase.
