22 Configuring and Loading the Proofing Media
Positioning the Proofing Tray on the DLC
To enable you to send a proofing job, you must arrange the media properly
on the proofing tray and then place the proofing tray on the upper tray of
the DLC.
To place the proofing tray on the upper tray:
1.
Place the proofing tray directly on the upper tray of the DLC.

Center the proofing tray with the side centering slides of the upper
tray until the two adjustment blocks on the bottom of the proofing
tray are affixed into their respective holes.
The media must enter the platesetter so that it attaches itself to the
carrier on the platesetter drum. Media attachment is determined by
proofing tray positioning.
