Starting/stopping the interval workout
− Before starting your workout, wait until the GPS
watch is receiving a proper GPS signal and the

− Press the ST./STP key

to start or stop the interval
workout.

− To switch to the next sport before the set time has

After your workout
Once you have completed the workout, the GPS watch
will automatically save the workout data.
If you stop the workout early with the ST./STP key
