Test the Keypads - Keypad Entry
1. Press until you reach the Main
Menu , then use or to select
Test and press .
2. In the Test menu, use or to
select Keypad Entry and press .
3. In the Keypad Entry menu, use
or to select Main Keypad
and press .
4. In the Main Keypad screen, press any key
on the customer keypad. The key you
pressed should display.
NOTE
If the key you have pressed does not
display, the keypad may have to be
serviced or replaced.
5. Press once to return to the
Keypad Entry menu, and if desired, you
can select the Service Keypad instead of
Main Keypad to test the Service Keypad in
the same manner.
6. When you have finished testing the
keypad(s), from the Main or Service
Keypad menu, press twice to return
to the Test menu or three times to return to
the Main Menu .
