Thank you for choosing a CPS Grid-tied PV Inverter (hereinafter referred to as 
“PV  Inverter”)  developed  by  CHINT  POWER  SYSTEMS  AMERICA  CO.,  LTD 
(hereinafter referred to as "CPS"). 
This  PV  Inverter  is  a  high  performance  and  highly  reliable  product  specially 
designed for the North American Solar market.
