Troubleshooting
Power-on faults
If the power indicator does not flash after the module is powered on, it means that the
module is powered on abnormally. The following are typical manifestations and
handling methods of power-on faults:
No.
Module
Test methods
Causes
Measures
1
PLC-M
Power
indicator
flashes or not
Power adapter
connection
failure
Check if the DC output
terminal of the power
adapter is in good contact
with the module, and the
AC
input
terminal
is
connected to the AC power
port.
2
PLC-M
Power adapter
failure
Check if the power adapter
is working properly
3
PLC-M
PLC-M module
failure
Contact the supplier to
replace the PLC-M module
4
PLC-S
Connection
failure between
PLC-S module
and inverter
Check whether the PLC-S
module and the inverter are
connected properly
5
PLC-S
no DC output
from Inverter
Check whether the DC
output of the inverter is
normal
6
PLC-S
PLC-S module
failure
Contact the supplier to
replace the PLC-S module

2
PLC-S
AC power line
not connected
or
disconnected
Check if the AC power lines
on the PLC-M and PLC-S
modules are connected
properly, and check if the
circuit breaker is not turned
