3C.9.2 DAP Installation

1.

Switch OFF the AC line voltage to the generator at the main disconnect switch. Allow sufficient time for all capacitors in the generator
to discharge.

2.

Install the DAP chamber as per the manufacturers instructions. The interconnect cable to the generator must be as per 3C.9.1.

3.

Route the DAP interconnect cable through one of the access slots at the upper rear of the generator, and then route the cables
toward the generator control board. Secure the cable to the lip on the inside of the cable access slot using tie wraps or equivalent
fasteners.

4.

Plug the DAP cable into J4 on the generator control board. Tighten the screw locks on the connectors to secure the cables.

5.

Set JW14 (near J4) on the generator control board as per the following table
