Step 4 - Attach mounting box to pole assembly
Slide the mounting box over the pole
assembly until it is fully seated.
Fasten using the two hex screws and tooth
washers as shown, and tighten to 8 ft-lbs
(10.9 Nm).
The two brackets inside the
mounting box are designed to fit
over the top of the pole
