Safety

•  This product is extremely bright. Do not look directly into the light, doing so 

could cause eye damage.

•  Never let children play with the product.

•  The product must only be connected to a power supply of 230 V with 

a protective earth.

•  The product must not be used in rooms where explosive gases or liquids are 

used or stored.

•  Treat the product with care and do not subject it to shocks or impacts.

•  Never immerse the product in water or other liquid.

•  The product must not be covered.

•  Never try to open the housing, repair or modify the product in any way.

•  Never use the product if your hands are moist or wet.

•  Never use the product if it, its mains lead or plug is damaged in any way.

•  All repairs must be carried out by qualified service technicians using genuine 

spare parts.

•  The mains lead should be checked regularly. If the mains lead is damaged in 

any way it must be replaced by a qualified electrician.

Installation

•  This floodlight is intended for permanent installation and should only be 

installed by a qualified electrician.

•  Fasten the floodlight to a firm, level surface.

•  Do not mount the floodlight where there is a risk of it falling into water or 

other liquids.

 Warning

•  Make sure that the wall has no concealed electrical wiring, gas or water 

pipes before drilling/screwing.

•  Make sure that the power supply to the floodlight is switched off/isolated.

•  The floodlight should be connected to a power supply protected by a safety 

device such as a residual current circuit breaker/residual current device 

(RCCB/RCD).

  The LED module in the light fitting must not be replaced by anyone other 

than a qualified electrician.

2.  Use an appropriate type of screw for the wall material and attach the bracket 

to the wall.

3.  The floodlight has 50 cm mains connection cable. It should be connected to 

a watertight connection box (sold separately) with a strain relief (as pictured).

4.  Use the connection box as a template and mark out where the screw holes 

are to be drilled.

5.  Use an appropriate type of screw for the wall material and attach 

the connection box to the wall.

6.  Connect the three wires in the mains connection cable: L Live (brown), 

N Neutral (blue) and Protective Earth (green/yellow), to the corresponding 
coloured wires of the mains power supply cable.

1.  Use the wall bracket as a template 

and mark out where the screw holes 
are to be drilled. 

 Note: 

You don’t need to detach 

the wall bracket from the floodlight, 
it pivots

 

to make it easier to mark 

out holes for drilling and screwing in 
mounting screws.

7.  Tilt the floodlight to the desired angle 

and tighten the screws fastening 
the wall bracket to the floodlight.

Care and maintenance

Clean the floodlight by first switching it off and then wiping it with a dry cloth.

 Important

If the glass on the front of the floodlight is damaged, it must be replaced before 
the floodlight is used again. The floodlight must not be used if the glass is 
damaged or missing.

Responsible disposal

This symbol indicates that this product should not be 
disposed of with general household waste. This applies 
throughout the entire EU. In order to prevent any harm to 
the environment or health hazards caused by incorrect 
waste disposal, the product must be handed in for recycling 
so that the material can be disposed of in a responsible 
manner. When recycling the product, take it to your local 
collection facility or contact the place of purchase. They will 
ensure that the product is disposed of in an environmentally 
sound manner.
