Chapter 6 - Troubleshooting

COSMED srl

To Replace USB Drivers

1. Ensure that the BTA is connected to PC.
2. Open

Control Panel

/

Device Manager

, access

Bluetooth

or

USB

section and check if CSR Bluetooth driver is

shown (with Warning Symbol).

3. Right click on

CSR Bluetooth Chip

and select

Properties

.

4. Click on

Update Drivers

.

5. Select

Browse my computer for driver software

.

6. From the list of available drivers select

Generic Bluetooth Radio

, click

Next

and wait the installation to

complete.

7. Run OMNIA and try the pairing process.

Verify that Bluetooth Drivers are Properly Installed

To Check Bluetooth drivers

1. Ensure that the BTA is connected to PC.
2. Open

Control Panel

/

Device Manager

and access

Bluetooth

section.

3. Verify that the Bluetooth icon does not show the warning symbol. If so, please try to reinstall drivers.

To Reinstall Drivers

1. Right click on the yellow exclamation mark and select

UninstaLl

.

2.  Disconnect and re-connect BTA to PC.
3.  Wait until BTA is successfully recognized and the Generic Bluetooth Radio driver properly installed.
4.  Run OMNIA and try the pairing process.

Uninstall Q-NRG Paired Device

You may need some time, for various reason or to resolve possible system conflicts to unpair a specific Q-NRG to a
PC. To do so please follow the procedure described below.
