WARNING:
Disconnect power to the unit before servicing. Follow all lock out/tag out procedures established by the user. Verify all power
is off to the unit before performing any work.
Failure to comply could result in serious injury, death or damage to the equipment.

Always use warm water and mild detergent when washing the plastic bowl components. Never place the components in a
dishwasher or use harsh chemical detergents.
Disassembly and removal of the bowl.
Turn off all switches, refrigeration and spray and drain all beverage from the bowl(s), then remove the pinch tube by pushing the handle
back until it stops. This releases the pinch tube. Pull the pinch tube out of the bowl and lift the product bowl off of the unit.
Remove the concentrate drain by squeezing both sides and pulling straight down. Remove the pump housing by squeezing the sides and
lifting it off, then remove the impeller and pin by pulling them out of the housing. Lift the bowl gasket off of the bottom of the bowl.
Reassembly of the bowl.
After cleaning the bowl assembly, place the bowl gasket into the grooved bowl base by pressing on the sides. Smooth the gasket until it is flat in the
bowl groove. Leaving the gasket wet helps with the insertion. Insert the pin into the impeller and insert them together into the pump housing. Insure
that the implellers face up into the pump housing, as shown.
Wipe down the dispenser with a clean damp cloth, including the evaporator, front panel and the push handle and drip tray and re-mount the bowl assembly.
