IR-LED board replacing procedure 

Turn off the PC and unplug the main power of the aligner. 

Open the cover by unscrewing the 4 rear screws. 

Unconnect the cables to IR-LED BOARD. 

Note: 

LEFT IR-LED BOARD 

There are 2 cables: 

-

 

USB cable 

-

 

Power cable. 

RIGHT IR-LED BOARD 

There are 3 cables: 

-

 

USB cable 

-

 

Power cable 

-

 

Automatic Camera Movement cable. 

Unscrew the 4 screws to unlock the camera 

assembly.
