Camera Assembly Replacement procedure: 

Turn off the PC and unplug the main power of the aligner. 

RIGHT CAMERA ASSEMBLY REPLACING 

Open the cover by unscrewing the 4 rear screws. 

Unscrew the 2 screws to unlock the camera 

assembly.  

Extract camera assembly from the beam and 

unconnect the USB cable.
