Trick:

The customer broke 1 target. Without sending the technician there you can calibrate 1 new target and clamp assembly
in your showroom with this procedure and send the respective file with target and clamp assembly to the customer.
Then the customer will do the Loading Target Parameter Procedure, and the aligner will be ready again.

The calibration of this target

is complete.

Press OK to continue.

Select "Target Calibration"

to calibrate other target.

Otherwise select "Exit".

4 Target Calibration

This procedure is required only if needed to re-calibrate all 4 targets (used only in production line).

Please refer to the Single Target Calibration Procedure.
