5.3. Integrated Web Server

5.3.1. netFIELD Web Server

Note:

As a prerequisite to opening the UI, the

device’s IP address must be configured and known.

Follow the steps below to configure and parameterize with the Integrated Web Server.

1. Enter the following text in the address line of your web browser to address the device:

http://<Configured IP Address>

2. The page Dashboard of the Web Server netFIELD appears.
3. To log use the default username and password:

a. Username: root
b. Password: password

When opening the user interface, the Dashboard page appears first. On the Dashboard page the following
device-specific information is displayed:

Top left corner

Shows the current user role and device connection state.

Left column

Icons on errors or operating states may appear here.

Device information

Contact details of the device manufacturer and device data

Device version

Version data of the device: The name and version number of the hardware
and software and the version number of the web page.

Maintenance information

Maintenance information in text form.
