Upper Blower Med–
Low Procedure
Enter values under the Convection Cold column:
• Enter a starting value of 3.3 into Med–Low
• Using a tachometer read the RPM for one (1) blower in each group of four (4)
• Adjust the starting value until approximately 2100 RPM is read
Upper Blower Med–
High Procedure
Enter values under the Convection Cold column:
• Enter a starting value of 3.7 into Blwr Med–High
• Using a tachometer read the RPM for one (1) blower in each group of four (4)
• Adjust the starting value until approximately 2800 RPM is read
Upper Convection Hot
Column Procedure
After the machine reaches Ready state, repeat the procedures for Blower Low,
Med–Low and Med–High. Enter the new values into the Convection Hot column.
Lower Blower Cold and
Hot Procedures
Repeat the same procedure as performed on the Upper Blowers for each bank of
blowers in the lower zones.
Conveyor Speed Calibration
Introduction
The conveyor drive is preset at the factory. No calibration is necessary. To preset
to factory defaults, refer to the following procedure.
ATTENTION
These controls contain trim potentiometers. The factory adjustment is appropriate
for most applications. However some applications may require readjustment of
the trim potentiometers in order to tailor the control to exact requirements.
Minimum Speed (MIN)
The MIN trim potentiometer is used to set the minimum output frequency of the
drive, which sets the minimum motor speed. The minimum speed is preset to zero
(0) at the factory. Refer to the following to set the MIN trim potentiometer to
factory default.
• Rotate main speed potentiometer to the minimum speed position (fully coun-
terclockwise).
• Increase setting of MIN trim potentiometer so that motor runs at desired min-
imum speed.
