Calibrations
Blower and Fan Speeds Calibration
Introduction
Check the blower and fan calibration annually — approximately every 2100 hours
of machine operation. Verify conveyor speed calibration annually also. If the
optional width adjust is installed with the optional pin chain conveyor, verify on
an annual basis that it is calibrated.
The blower and fan calibration is preset at the factory. No calibration is
necessary. To reset to factory defaults, refer to the following procedure.

Procedure
Enter values under the Convection Cold column:
• Enter a starting value of 3.0 into Low.
• Using a tachometer read the RPM for one (1) blower in each group of four (4).
• Adjust the starting value until approximately 1400 RPM is read.
