In Manualmode, you can reset any step for "temperature or power or time" during 

running by pressing the button once of "Temp or Power or Time", then press "-" or "+" 

button to reset. 

In any step, you can pause the countdown for sparging during running by short 

pressing the "Stop" button, and the time display is 

ashing, press " Stop" button again 

to continue the countdown.User only can pause the countdown between reaching to 

target temp and before the countdown is finished.

 

At the last boiling step, you can set the target temp of the last step at 100

, when current 

temp reaches to 100

, the elements will keep heating until the countdown is 

nished.
