5.3.5 Release the suction panel and lock it back in place

Before starting work, read and understand the rules, risks, and hazards specified in 'Safely Using the
Unit' on page 113 and follow all the corresponding instructions without exception.

Required tools
A suitable tool, e.g., a flat blade screwdriver for releasing the latches
Prerequisites

The oven cavity must have cooled down to a temperature of less than 60 °C since the last time it
was used.
■
In the case of units with a rack: The left rack must have been removed.
■
In the case of units with a mobile shelf rack / plate rack (does not apply to ConvoSmoke): The mo‐
bile shelf rack / plate rack and the roll-in frame must have been taken out from the oven cavity.
