Trigger / General I/O
External Reference
Input This is the input terminal of the external reference clock (10MHz).
To switch between internal reference clock and external reference clock, use Device
Manager.
Output This is the output terminal of the RF signal used for measurements. The output
impedance is 50Ω.
Input
This is the input terminal to which the signal from the DUT is applied. The input
impedance is 50Ω.
Trigger / General I/O
This is the input terminal and also a general I/O terminal for the measurement start
trigger.
Use the software to change the function of the terminal.

CAUTION
Do not short the TRG terminal to ground. Doing so may lead to malfunctions.
