The baking tray and universal pan may become distorted
if subjected to significant temperature differences (e.g. with
frozen foods in the hot cooking compartment).

Top/bottom heat 50 - 270 °C for baking and roasting. Especially suitable for cakes with moist toppings
(e.g. cheesecake)

Top heat For food and baked goods which should form a crust or which require more browning on
the top. Switch on "Top heat" at the end of the baking time for a brief period only
