NOTE:
• Always close shut-off devices (sliders, removal stilts, etc.) slowly – avoidance of
pressure shocks, damage to the pump and the entire system possible;
• Switch off/disconnect electrical power supply (pull protective contact plug) and secure it again
against unauthorized or unintentional re-switch-on;
• Close the ball valve of the drinking water pipe;
• close the shut-off device of the pressure line (if any);
10.4.2 Dismantling
ATTENTION:
All dismantling activities may only be carried out by professional and knowledgeable
personnel, who have been suffi ciently informed by studying the operating instructions
in-depth.
Wear your personal protective equipment and DO NOT work with wet hands or wet
feet or stand in the water – avoid a fatal electric shock;
Keep this in mind, as well as the Conel Stream as well as the pressure lines are fi lled
with the conveying medium and are under pressure – drain pressure and empty Conel
Stream reduces the total weight;
DANGER:
Deadly electric shock
Before dismantling begins, the power supply must be disconnected and secured
against unauthorized or unintentional re-entry.
• Switch off/disconnect electrical power supply (pull protective contact plug) and secure it against
unauthorized or unintentional power switching on;
• Close the ball valve of the drinking water pipe;
• Drain the water pressure in the drinking water pipe;
• Disconnect drinking water supply from the Conel Stream;
• Close the shut-off valve of the pressure line;
• Drain the water pressure in the pressure line;
• Disconnect the pressure line at the pump switcher;
•
Disconnect the connection of the emergency overfl ow
• Empty the feed-in tank and the pump housing as much as possible – with a fi lled tank, the Conel
Stream has a very high weight.
• Loosen the two fastening screws at the top of the feed tank;
• Lift the Conel Stream out of the wall rail bracket - use suitable lifting devices.
• Dismantling the wall support bracket from the wall.
Danger from shock and crush injuries
• Always wear your personal protective equipment and be careful when dismant-
ling;
• Empty the feed-in tank and the pump housing as much as possible – with a fi lled
tank, the Conel Stream has a very high weight - use must-eaters/lifting devices
for lifting.
