2.3.2 Assembly
ATTENTION:
All assembly activities may only be carried out by professional and knowledgeable
personnel, who have been suffi ciently informed by studying the operating instructions
in-depth.
Preparing the
assembly area Avoidance of persons/and Conel Stream;
• The working area must be large enough to prevent shock and crushing
injuries at work, assembly and installation;
• Avoid the risk of stumbling and falling;
• Allow free access to Conel Stream at any time.
Assembly Avoidance of personal injury/property damage;
•
The assembly may only be carried out by qualifi ed and competent
personnel;
• Be careful during assembly – always wear your personal protective
equipment;
• Mount the Conel Stream horizontally on a fl at wall with suffi cient
distance to the ceiling;
• Connect all connections of the Conel Stream appropriately/ and
professionally – avoid leaks at the connections and in the entire pipeline
network.
Avoidance of personal injury/property damage;
• Attach the wall bracket and the Conel Stream to the designated moun-
ting points with adequate fastening tool /material.
2.3.3 Installation
ATTENTION:
All installation activities may only be carried out by professional and knowledgeable
personnel, who have been suffi ciently informed by studying the operating instruc-
tions in-depth.
Refer to unauthorized persons (especially children and adolescents) and animals
from the work/activity area of Conel Stream.
NOTE:
In order to reduce pressure shocks in the piping system and to reduce unneces-
sary start/stop of the Conel Stream, we generally recommend the use of a MAGs
(membrane expansion vessel) in the pressure line system – relieves the entire piping
system and increases the service life of all components and components used.
