1.4.2.3 Special use
NOTE:
Please contact the manufacturer or customer service in the following cases if,
the viscosity or density of the liquid to be conveyed above which water lies (a motor
with a proportionally higher power must be used here);
the liquid has been chemically treated (softened, chlorinated, demineralized, etc.);
any situation occurs that differs from the uses listed in Chapter 1.4.2 „Determining
Use“.
1.4.2.4 Interfaces
Human - Conel Stream: • All work on the Conel Stream can only be carried out by professional and
knowledgeable personnel, who have been informed by in-depth study of
the operating instructions.
Electrical power supply
- Conel Stream: • 230V/50Hz power supply on the building side - by mains line --> with
protective contact plug (Conel Stream side);
• provide fault current circuit breakers with a tripping current of ≤ 30 mA
(milliampere);
• appropriate circuit breakers on the building side;
• provide suitable surge protection on the building side;
Media Supply - Conel
Stream • Provide suitable pipe diameters suitable for the drinking water supply
and the pressure line for the supply of the collection points on the
building side;
• provide a maximum of 4 bar form of the drinking water supply line on the
building side (use pressure reducers if necessary);
• Conel Stream must be supplied with sufficient water on a permanent
basis during operation – risk of dry running;
• Water temperature: (frost-free) > up to + 40°C;
• Density 1Kg/dm

• PH - Value: 6-8
1.4.2.5 Time limits
Switch-on frequency: • Maximum 20 evenly distributed starts and stops, per hour at 60
seconds on/off. More frequent switching intervals can lead to damage to
the Conel Stream.
Mode: • The Conel Stream is suitable for continuous operation.
1.4.2.6 Environmental boundaries
Conel Stream -
Location: • Dry and frost-free room (e.g., cellar room);
• Room with ground drain to the canal;
•
Ensure emergency overflow – use DN70 to initiate pipe into sewer or
lifting system;
• Conel Stream on a flat wall horizontally, with enough distance (we re -
commend min. 30cm - better to assemble as large a distance as possible)
below the ceiling;
• install and assemble Conel Stream low vibration.
Storage • In dry condition - feed tank, pump and pipes of the Conel Stream com-
pletely emptied => Storage temperature: -15°C to +50°C.
