COMMISSIONING

Plug the power supply unit into the socket.

Select the bottle type using the keypad (see chapter 6.3).

Use the keypad to enter the raw water hardness (see chapter 6.3).

Completely open the downstream ball valve.

Fill the heating system until the desired system pressure is reached.
A warning message will appear if the bottle is consumed before the desired system pres-
sure is reached. The display will show the following remaining capacity:

In this case, close the upstream and downstream shut-off valves.

Use the keypad to select the new bottle type (see chapter 6.3) und replace the bottle (see chapter 6.7).
The display will now show the remaining capacity of the new bottle.

Completely open the upstream and downstream shut-off valves and continue the filling process.
Open the upstream and downstream shut-off valves again once filling is completed.

REPLACING THE BOTTLE
Once the desalination/softening capacity is exhausted, the display shows “0 LITRES”. The consumed bottle
must be replaced with a new one.
Order no. for replacement cartridge: see chapter 12 “ACCESSORIES”.

Relieve the device pressure via the sampling valve.
/
Remove the desalination or softening bottle from the heating circuit filling station by turning it coun-
ter-clockwise.
/
Remove the O-ring of the consumed bottle from the heating circuit filling station if necessary.
Open the shut-off valve and bleed the device via the sampling valve prior to com-
missioning.
A splashproof socket, complying with the legal regulations for wet areas, is re-
quired for the power supply unit.
