d. Install the top clamp(s) using the M6x40 screws (with anti-seize). Hand tighten to hold door in place.
e. Install the left and right clamps. Hand tighten M8x25 screws to hold brackets in place.
f. Use tightening sequence shown below and
Torque top M6x40 screw(s) securing the clamp to 35 in-lb (3.9 Nm)
Torque top clamp, M8x25 screw(s) securing the door to 10 in-lb (1.2 Nm).
Torque side and bottom clamp, M8x25 screws to 20 in-lb (2.3 Nm).
g. Place the door locks on the door, over the left and right clamps, and secure them in place with
the jam nuts.
h. Secure all remaining jam nuts against brackets to hold remaining M8x25 screws in place.
10. Connect the fill hose to the drain fitting and secure it with a clamp.
11. Re-start the humidifier – refer to
"Restarting After Shutdown" on page 48
. The humidifier then goes through
the start-up sequence. Check for any leaks in the tank cover.
