JUMPER AND SWITCH INFORMATION

SIDE ACCESS PANEL

GRAPHICS CARD

EXPANSION CARD

(Modem or Network

Card)

SOUND CARD

(Lower Front Panel -

Open the CD Storage

Door)

Removing the Sound Card, continued

Removal

Remove the screw
securing the sound card.

Using a gentle rocking

(side-to-side) motion, pull
the sound card

from the

PCI slot on the system board.

Replacement

Align the sound card with the

PCI slot on the system

board. Insert the card

carefully and firmly into the

connector.

Replace the screw securing

the sound card to the

chassis.

Reconnect the audio cable to

the sound card.
