CONNECTING TO POWER SOURCE
NOTE: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device,

AIMING AND TURNING ON/OFF THE SPIKE LIGHT
IMPORTANT: Do not force the spike
into the ground and so not attempt to
hammer the spike into the ground
Ensure the power is off. Loosen the light
a
n
d adjustment screw (C) on the side of
the light and tilt the fixture up or down.
Tighten the adjustment screw (C). Restore
power. Repeat this step until the desired
angle is achieved.
To turn the light on, insert the plug into a
GFCI outlet. To turn the light off, remove

e plug from the outlet.

This portable luminaire has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other) as a feature to reduce the
risk of electric shock. This plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the
outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Never use with an
extension cord unless the plug can be fully inserted. Do not alter the plug.

The Product must be installed in accordance with the applicable installation code by a person familiar with
the construction and operation of the product and the hazards involved.

Use only two-wire outdoor cords that have two-prong plugs and receptacles that accept the appliance's

Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI) protection is to be provided on the circuit{s) or outlet(es)to be used
for the wet location portable luminaire. Receptacles are available having built-in GFCI protection and are
able to be used for this measure of safety.

SOW, SOW-A, STW, STW-A, STOW, STOW-A, SJW, SJW-A, SJOW,SJOW-A, SJTW, SJTW-A, or
SJTOW, SJTOW-A.

Only use within an 85cm scope form the outdoor use socket.
•
