Restart of the dialling sequence
In case the call is taken over by none of the configured call numbers of the respective dialling sequence,
two possibilities for restarting the sequence are available:
Reissue of call by pressing the call button
If a call request is not answered, this call remains at the Intercom station and the control desk – but the
Gx-IAX card is in idle mode.
Press the respective call button (or the input contact) once again in order to restart the dialling se-
quence.
Configuration of restart of the dialling sequence
Via a configuration via CCT 800, it is possible to avoid that an initiated call is not answered.
Dial “9” as last number of the respective dialling sequence (
). Thus, the dialling sequence
will be started again and so forth until the call is taken over.
Call queuing – IAX channel as central control desk
If an IAX channel is configured as “central control desk”, initiated calls are stored in the Intercom Ser-
ver (“call queuing”) and transferred one after the other to the respective VoIP phone:
Call queuing
Independent from the available number of IAX channels, the call requests in the queue can be
handled one after the other via a single IAX channel. The amount of call requests to be queued is
only limited by the max. storage capacity of the Intercom Server.
The call requests and input messages are stored in the Gx-IAX card.

ATTENTION: Control desk
On a “central control telephone”, only the current call is indicated. This means, an Intercom central
control desk station cannot be replaced by a VoIP phone.
