Outgoing call from the Intercom system
Initiate call
For an outgoing call in auto-dialler mode, two possibilities are available:
Call via dialling interface
: The call number of the respective telephone interface at the Intercom
station is dialled.
Call request/input message
: The respective telephone interface is configured as control desk. This
means:
A call request is initiated at the Intercom station.
An input message is initiated via an input.
As soon as the call is set up, the 1st number in the currently selected dialling sequence is dialled.
Switch on speech messages
As soon as a call is initiated, different speech messages are switched on as information for the calling
Intercom station and for the telephone.
Messages at the Intercom station
Calm-down message
: As soon as the call is initiated, the calling Intercom station receives a calm-
down message (e.g. “You will be immediately connected to an emergency station!“). This message
is repeated until the call is taken over via the telephone.
Messages at the telephone
Location message
: The telephone receives the location message after lifting the receiver as infor-
mation where (i.e. from which telephone interface) the call comes from. This message should be re-
corded individually (e.g. “Parking North“).
Call request message
: If the initiated call is a call request, the telephone receives the call request
message as information on how many calls are waiting (e.g. “Calls: one, emergency calls: three“).
Individual message
(optional): For additional information, individual messages can be defined
separately for each call mode (conversation, call or emergency call; e.g. “Call from station one–zero–
five”).
NOTE: Comparison of call sequences
A comparison between a call sequence by dialling the interface call number and a call request can be
