User Guide for the Commander Essentials Desk T41P IP Phone

CMDR_Commander Phone T41P User Guide_GD_42095

(Optional.) Select the contact information you want to import into the local
directory from the pull down list of Index.

Click Import to complete importing the contact list.

Click on Directory->Local Directory.

Click Export XML (or Export CSV).

Click Save to save the contact list to your local system.

Press Menu->Directory->Blacklist.

Press the Add soft key.

Enter the name and the office, mobile or other numbers in the corresponding fields.

Press or , or the Switch soft key to select the desired account from the
Account field.

Importing/exporting contact lists is available via web user interface only.
