Authorization for performance of the following tasks according to the standards
of safety technology:

Commissioning units

Grounding units

Designating units
A sound knowledge of the structure and functionality of unit.

2.3.3. Specialized knowledge
NOTE
Authorized persons
The technical information about the unit settings, maintenance and electrics is directed to
the licensed specialists. Unauthorized persons are not allowed to carry out the activities
stated therein
.
The following activities may be carried out by personnel with specialized knowledge only:
